I made these cupcakes for my friend's daughters first birthday, she wanted a kind of baby playing in the garden theme. She made the white topped mini's they are egg and dairy free for her nephew. These were fun to do and all the kids at the party loved them, OK, the adults seemed to have fun picking a cupcake as well! :D
