Three-tiered topsy turvy cake, covered in marbled MMF and luster dust. Decorations are fondant and white chocolate, colored with petal and luster dusts.
The large shell on top was a doozie! LOL!! I put the fondant in a mold, took it out, let it dry, then I added a lip like bit of fondant to create a "hollow" effect. Later, I painted with pearl, luster and petal dust to create the effects.
That's about it. I got the molds from either Global Sugar Art. I can't remember where I got 'um. I think the secret is to utilize the mold but...add another dimension to it to make it look more life-like!
