This cake is for my Uncle for a surprise 60th new years party. It was supposed to be a cake with chocolate panels but it was too hot (43'C) and the chocolate wouldn't set, so I had to change the design. Thanks CC for the ideas. 9 inch white chocolate mud cake filled and covered in white chocolate ganach/buttercream, lined with choc /mint wafer biscuits. Top cover with chocolate shavings and chocolate dipped strawberries. Fondant 60 and writing. Thanks for looking.
