This was my first La Quinceanera cake. I made it for my niece. She wanted silk flowers rather than gumpaste and there were four different flavors to choose from. Please let me know what you think.

well thats one heck of a first... just beautiful!! how did you get no greasy film on your ribbon.. are the cakes buttercream or fondant?

Thank you for all the nice comments. They were made with buttercream and I just placed a few dabs of icing on the ribbon and tried not to smash into the cake.

Yes, this family is huge. I believe it was about 300-350 guests.
