This is a little twist on the Over-the-hill cake since the birthday was on Thanksgiving, I decided to do this 'old turkey'. The sqaure 'butcher block' cake is fudge cake covered with MMF. Turkey is strawberry cake covered in BC. All Turkey details are MMF. The feathers on the back are wilton fondant because my MMF seems too soft. Does anyone know how to get MMF as firm as regular fondant? mine seems to soften as i work with it. I keep adding sugar but doesnt seem to help! thanks CC for all your ideas!
