yortma -- yeah sadly the site doesn't take photos anymore -- sorry you found out the hard way -- too many bots, bugs and trojan horses i guess --
in other news -- very nice to 'see' you!
Yortma, this site has a lot of problems. None of us have been able to post a picture in over a year. The owner is recovering from a very serious illness and is probably still unable to manage the site.
Now, how in the world the person that started this post was able to post a picture?
reggie, it posted because she possibly put a link in her post and the link wasn't fouled out by the bots and bugs and it populated the picture -- made it appear -- wild guess on my part --
^^^ that ^^^ is what happened once when i posted a link in the near past -- it just morphed into the picture or video actually i think it was ![]()
Makes sense Boss...
Let's see if this one works

Vintage Peonies - Final Version - Cake by Regina Coeli - CakesDecor
Got the links, but not the picture...ugggh!
What about this?

Absolutely breathtaking, Anna! That over piping and string work are gorgeous!
Ladies you are so very sweet!... But you are missing the point. I did not upload the picture to show off, but to figure out a way to add pictures to post. I just chose a random picture that happen to be a lovely cake!
Now, the point is that I have decoded the way to post pictures...and that info is going to make me rich ;)))) If you want me to reveal the secret you must pay for it! I'll take checks and money orders...no transfers, they could be traced and look suspicious! HA,ha,ha!
Now, just proof myself I'm adding a picture not from the web, but from my own gallery...some yummy Danish pastries from our fundamentals of baking class. Fingers crossed!
Nope, did not work! Forget about the money :(
gosh, reggie, that cake is a knock out -- STUNning work -- glad you picked that one! it's so cool because it's such a sweet blend with the gorgeous lace pieces and the vintage and ever more intricate lambeth work all set off with the extravagent and pretty peonies -- regal -- lovely work --
Jesus made wedding refreshments
I think He would be happy to pour a couple glasses for that cake cutting ![]()
~~~
but regarding the picture posting: weird how it works sometimes huh?
mmm danish! what flavor did you make?
Oh Boss, you are so sweet! That was a lovely cake for a couple that were my hubby's former students. They were the kind of very disciplined and smart students; they fell in love during the school year and ask me to make their wedding cake...How could I say no! She allowed me to design the cake and only ask me to put peonies, roses and lobelias.... Oh those lobelias were tough! The wedding was in Nebraska last Summer, we could not attend :(
As for posting the pictures, it works when you copy a picture from the internet, but it does not work with a picture directly from your computer.
As for pouring a couple of glasses... nice idea! I'll do a short happy hour after the Rosary tonight to land directly on bed!
As for the Danish, that was an old picture of some Danishes we made when I was teaching my daughter fundamentals of baking. They were all kind of flavors and shapes... I asked the girls to be creative!
Here is a picture of one of my daughter's dresses, again, a random picture. She just opened an ETSY store...isn't that cute? 15 hours of labor all handmade original vintage French heirloom design. Attaching a picture from the web does work!
what a sweet little dress -- she's very talented!
in other vaguely related news -- I've been watching reruns of project runway, a tv competition where there's a runway show of freshly made designer clothes -- it's a lot of sewing and sweating --
Should I start collecting a fee for every picture posted using the Reggis Method? ;)))
Oh @MBalaska Those flowers are gorgeous! The whole bouquet is lovely!
And here is the link of my daughter's page... just in case there is a special little one in your life that will fit that cute burgundy dress!
Yay, pictures are back... in post at least, but better than nothing!
reggie, the little ladybug detail is so sweet!
Did you see that Boss? She took the time for such details...! Oh my sweet young lady... did not fall far from the tree!
Hey boss, why don't you open an ETSY store for your boxes? Or do you prefer face to face sales?
I’m not sure exactly which direction to go with selling them — I’ve sure thought about etsy— looked into it, idk — I’m pretty slow at learning how to do this box stuff well — when I learn something new I go back and redo the earlier ones — I’m gonna get it together any minute…plus I wanna do some purses…can’t figure out my pricing probably because I haven’t finished enough of them —
I am a splendid starter just gotta keep the ball, er I mean, the box rolling
Kakeladi, what ReginaCoeliB posted is just what I did. It would not post any photos from my computer. I did remember that a couple of my photos had been picked up on the internet. Under some other decorators name. Don't know how it got there, I actually saw it by accident one day. anyhow, I copied that photo and it posted.
for this photo (if it posts) I googled "cakesdecor mbalaska" and clicked on "images". & there are some of my silly little photos.
