Ewwwwww!!-!!!-!!! I love pumpkin but I think I'll keep my pumpkin in muffins or cake and not in toilet paper or pringles. Yuck!!-!!!-!!! I was in Whole Foods the other day and as I was leaving I saw a cookbook called "The Pumpkin Cookbook" on display. Who knows the horrors that may be in that book...

I have a friend that works at a craft store... I asked about all that... Craft stores need to be two or three holidays ahead... Think about how long sometimes the crafts for the holidays take to make...

I think I got tired of pumpkin stuff when I was very little -- one bite of pumpkin pie and there went my whole day's appetite -- and now the overload explosion -- I mean I draw the line at pumpkin fabric softener sheets and spicy pumpkin bug spray
I totally agree with all the weird stuff, -K8memphis. Truthfully, I don't even like pumpkin cheesecake that much, but I do love pumpkin pie, Mike's favorite, and pumpkin bread or cookies. Oddly, I had never even tasted pumpkin pie until I made one, at about age 25 for my husband. It was then that I found out my father also loved them. I've been making them ever since for the men in my life and I've learned to love them too.
I really do like pumpkin... but actual pumpkin... put real pumpkin in pie, cheesecake, and other foods...
I am just sick of the pumpkin spice stuff that has no pumpkin in it and is just a bunch of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger...
I am even more sick of the weird pumpkin spice stuff...
I was under the, perhaps misguided, impression that Pumpkin Pie Spice referred to the spice mixture used in pumpkin pie, not that it actually had any pumpkin in it. I never use pumpkin pie spice because I have tons of spices, including all those used in the mix and a few more that I add to my pies.
