Omg, my husband surprised me with an empire red, 5-qt., 325-watt KitchenAid mixer last night!!!! I couldn't believe it. Oh the things I can make now. I feel like I can run with the big dogs now!

Oh yeah, and it's not my birthday or our anniversary either.
Oh no!! Not red!! That's the color I want!!!!!!!!! My kitchen is in country blue, white and red... everything is covered in apples lol .. so red would be just so pretty up on my cabinet *sigh* I have a white one and I'm not wishing for it to die, but if it did, there'd be a pretty red one in it's place

That is so nice of husband to surprise you with KA mixer, cause I know it sure comes in handy with a lot of mixing, cause I still have my hand mixer tucked away just in case my KA should suddenly die out on me, let me not speak to loud cause I have to use it today, Thursday and also on Saturday. I am sure it will get a lot of usage out of it. Enjoy!

Last Friday, I brought the PRO600, 525 watts (mail in rebate for the extra bowl also came with it). Hecht's (also called Foley's and May Store in certain areas) had an outstanding sale. Between the sale price, plus extra 20% off and my getting my son to open new account for the 10% to open new account, I paid only $274.00...what a bargain!!! I just love bargains.
I have them both setting side by side and they both have their own names 
I'm famous for naming my things and talking to them. My van has her own name also and gets alot of talking too. Crazy, right?
