Just got back from a birthday party for my BGP's 5 year old at Chuck E Cheese's.
DS had his fill of pizza/coke/salad, but that was at 3:00. So I'd done a cheesecake for the adults. I'm used to just making them and delivering them; Not used to the REACTION people give to them.
Gobs--people were holding their plates out, and acting like they'd never had a cheesecake before. Little bit overwhelming, to say the least. BUT, I did get a few contacts out of that. Which is exciting! 
Tonight:
Chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and feta
White cheddar garlic mashed potatoes
Thanks to everyone for the kind thoughts. I'm just trying to keep breathing through this. I can't fix it for him, and that's what kills me the most. I should be able to fix things. Will let y'all know what happens.

I made chili tonight.

Gosh its just like family here. 
toast and oatmeal- I painted all day and am so tired.
Ok I am totally wiped out still. Last night I just left the kitchen as it was. Frosting everywhere. I just chilled out with a couple of much desrved beers. I slept in late(noon) Pulled myself out of bed. Finally took a shower while DH took DD to mall to use a gift card she got at here party. Then I finally went to the store to get chicken for supper. I felt so bad neglecting my family. I am still dragging finally cleaned the kitchen after supper.
Supper was fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes & gravy, and corn

I made my pumpkin cake for DD castle part of cake. I wasn't sure how the kids would react to it. I had a few kids that only wanted alittle to try. And came back to me and said can I have a big piece please. I was glad DD cake was a hit with the kids They also had a blast decorating there own

Pizza Casserole simple and loved by all!
cook 1 bag of egg noodles and drain
brown 1 lb hamburg (with onions optional)
Open 1 large can/jar pizza sauce and add to hamburg.
cut up pepperoni
layer above with Monzerlla (spelling) cheese and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees

ok - i'm late to the table and i also missed last night. i'm trying to finish up the cupcakes for my twin brothers' 1st grade halloween party. i'm also doing a bunch of cookie bouquets for halloween so i'm working on those as well which is what i'm going to do after posting this.

gloria - yeah i think he may be teething because i just don't know what else can be wrong with him. so tomorrow i'm going out and getting him some orajel.

Spent the weekend at the inlaws. Now I'm exhausted. Friday night we had Chicken strips and french fries. Saturday night was burgers and chips. Sunday was whatever you could find. I had chips and dip. Tonight was taco bell. Tomorrow night will be Pizza Hut (kids eat free) and candy...lol.

I think all the preping I had to do for DS ARD at school wore me out. But we had success and everything is working out. Having special need children can do that to you sometimes. He's a sweetie though.

i actually got through my first batch of decorated cookies EVER!!! 
(pictures of cookies and cupcakes for the kids' halloween party in the gallery) and now i absolutely love it! my mom had a lady come over tonight who owns a store that sells all sorts of things. she saw my bouquets and she offered me a space in her building (if i can get legal 
)! so tomorrow i'm going to call around and try to find a kitchen i can rent!!! i'm so excited! i've been wanting to do this for awhile now and i think its finally going to happen!!!!
oooh....and when i took the kids' cupcakes to their class i got 2 for sure orders (a wedding cake and a birthday cake) and a potential order for a wedding cake!!!!
Hey guys I got me some sick kids Sorry if this is long but gotta vent about my BIG BAD DAY My DD carved pumpkins on Sunday. We had them sitting on our steps. DD went to do alittle trick or treating and wanted to come home cause her tummy hurt. Then she started to get sick. She fell asleep on the couch. My DH and I were sitting watching TV. Our flood lights lit up and I heard giggles. I tought it was our niece and nephew stopping bay after trick or treating. Then I heard doors slam and vehicle take off. I looked out to see the vehicle taking off and our pumpkins gone. So DH shoeless grabbed his keys and took off after them. I had seen the back of the vehicle and it had plastic on the whole back end and it had been smashed. So DH finally caught up to them got out and told them he would like his kids pumpkins back. Of course they played dumb. He came back home and we called the police. They got them and called and asked if I wanted to press charges. I said no but they brought them over to appoligize. I showed them my DD who was asleep on couch with bowl beside her if she got sick. I made them cry. They ranged in age from around 13 to 16. 4 boys They said they were sorry and the younger one said he would probably get a butt kickin when he got home. I told them if my teenager had done it he would have to. My DD woke up alttle while ago to get sick again and I told her what happened. She was glad they caught them but was sad 2 of her pumpkins were gone.
Oh and since DS started all this sickness yesterday. I haven't really cooked. I was going to make enchiladas. But since nobody would be eating them. I thought I would wait.
Knox I cleaned for DD party and you can't tell it now. That was only 3 days ago. But I still had them boys come in to see DD sleeping I think I got my point acroos real well

Tonight will be chicken strips and fried potatoes. I'll be having something easy to swallow though.
I spend all afternoon yesterday outside pig wrangling(we live in the country). Someone's pigs were here and I was trying to pen them so someone wouldn't run over them. No luck but I tried for a long time. Then trick or treating with the kids in the evening. Needless to say my throat is swollen. It doesn't hurt but I just can't swallow food very well. I just finished some chicken and noodle soup. May end up eating vienna sausages for supper because they are mushy.

Sounds like your police there are at least working. That's good, at least. I would have opened up their trunk, though; We can do that here, under certain circumstances. JERKS!!

DALTONAM: We had pizza last night, too. Little one's best friend spent the night last night. (Yes, on a school night! Once in a great while, it's not awful, I don't think.) YIKES! I'm always glad when those nights are over--and I get my house back.

Hey! Glad to be back (thanks mamma knox!) It has just been craziness! The weekend after we moved I had to do 5 (eeeekkk) cakes! I've never had to do that many at once (not counting wedding cake tiers) and not knowing which box all my garbage was in, I was ready to pull my hair out. The poor baby didn't even get his birthday party yet but by gosh he did get a smash cake to play with on his birthday-the paw/bone cake in pics!

Kids are feelin better but not quite up to eatin alot. Son feelin better cause he started it all. Had bologna sandwiches. DD had some spaghetioos and alittle candy. I felt sorry for her so we went to Wal-Mart and got some goodies half off. I told her she had to wait to eat some. But she was OK with it. I made DH some Schwans sweet and sour chicken. Me I don't know what I am going to have yet. You guys all had Pizza and that sounds so good
We're having chicken noodle soup. DH came home sick too. I still don't feel well. I just need a lot of sleep to get over mine. But that won't happen for a while. Neither child of mine likes to sleep normally at night. Then I have to get up at 5am to get DH awake for work. I get more sleep after that but I then get up around 9 and homeschool DS. Then lunch and their naptime if I'm lucky. I just need a babysitter for a day so I can sleep all day long...lol.
Tonight:Little of this, little of that (leftovers) No real dinner tonight since ds and I went to visit my nanny and on the way home I saw McDonalds again has the greatest gift to fast food ever-the McRib!!!!! If they had these out when I was pregnant I would have gained 400lbs! So that was my late afternoon snack/dinner. And ds barfed all over himself on the way home so needless to say he was much for food tonight. This is why I always carry towels in the car!
