These are to die for!!!
Amount Ingredient 24 reg. size Cupcakes or about 50 mini ones. Just put that down below…
You will need:
Mini Cupcakes Liners
Chocolate Cake mix (I used Philsbury Dark Chocolate.)
Powdered Sugar (1 Ib… approx: 3 3/4 cups.)
6 tsp. Milk
1/4 Bag Melted Chocolate Chips
1 Stick of Softened Unsalted Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions: Fill each cupcake liner with chocolate batter about 1/2 full. Then sprinkle (a few) chopped pecans and plop one Almond in the center. Add 2 chocolate chips then fold all nuts and chips inside mix with butter knife. Be Careful not to make the outer rim of the liner messy with this. . *You wanna make sure you don’t fill the liners with too much mix, cause it will eventually overflow when done baking. Cook @ 350 for 15 mins or until cooked completely.
Make up the Icing, by the softening butter, then mixing in Powdered Sugar…. Vanilla…. MELTED chocolate Chips and milk. Icing should be thick and fluffy.
Use Icing bag to pipe Chocolate Buttercream on tops however you like. Decorate top with more crushed pecans, and put 1 marshmallow in center of icing.
*Optional…. when I made these I didn’t use all the icing or cake mix, since I only made 12 mini. But it makes 24 reg. size Cupcakes…. and about 50 or so mini ones. (as listed above)
