My brother's finacee's birthday is on Valentine's day, so I made her a "Birthentine" cake this year! It's a double chocolate/chocolate filled cake with vanilla cream cheese fondant and chocolate buttercream dots. The rose and ribbon are made completely of Starburst candies. I did this all in one morning right before the party!
