The Leopard is my contribution to the Spectacular Pakistan Collaboration. It is painted on an 8" x 11" fondant panel with petal dusts mixed with vodka.
Made of modeling chocolate with a wire armature and airbrushed to resemble bronze, Leonardo's Horse stands on a base covered in fondant and painted to look like marble. He is my contribution to the Leonardo Da Vinci Challenge on Bakerswood.
Bendy And The Ink Machine
This is an Icing Smiles cake delivered today. The bottom tier is 12" chocolate and vanilla swirl with milk chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream. The 8" top tier is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.
This is my contribution to the I Guerrieri Collaboration to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. She is a portrait of a beautiful lady who just completed her third set of treatments for cancer. As of April of last year, she was pronounced cancer free. My sculpture is made of Rice Krispy Treats and modeling chocolate, fondant, gum paste, wafer paper, sugar pearls and edible colors.

Elderflower-Lemon Birthday Cake
This is my best friend's birthday cake to celebrate her 70th. It is Elderflower-Lemon cake, filled with lemon curd, frosted with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with gum paste roses.
Applejack, My Little Pony
Applejack is the 6th year birthday cake for a sweet Icing Smiles sibling. Because the family is traveling for the party, I chose a 2D carved cake which is much easier to transport. The cake is almond and strawberry swirl, filled and frosted with vanilla-almond buttercream, covered and decorated with LMF fondant. I made three My Little Pony models as a keepsake for the birthday girl.
Elmo - Icing Smiles Cake
Elmo was made for the 10th birthday of a very special Icing Smiles child. It is lemon funfetti, filled and frosted with lemon buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache (colored red) and fondant. The arms and legs are Rice Krispy Treats with modeling chocolate hands and feet, all covered with fondant. The large eyes and nose are made of styrofoam covered with fondant. Elmo's birthday cake is the same lemon cake as his body.
My tiger is an 8" x 10" painting on fondant with powdered, edible colors mixed with vodka. He was my contribution to the Incredible India collaboration.
Dia De Los Muerta
My contribution to the Sugar Skulls 2018 collaboration for Dia de los Muerta, she is 9" high, made of modeling chocolate and Saracino Modeling Paste, painted with powdered colors mixed with vodka. The puppy is 3" long, the roses are gum paste.
Angel - Sweet Angels Of The World Challenge
She is 13 inches tall, made of Saracino Modeling Paste and painted to resemble marble. My inspiration was Toscano's Rememberance Redemption Angel.
Eagle Scout - Xander
A celebration cake for a young man who just became an Eagle Scout. The bottom tier, 14" x 5-1/2", is dark chocolate cake filled and frosted vanilla buttercream, the bark is made from modeling chocolate. The middle, 10" x 5-1/2", and top, 6" x 7", tiers are French vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling and frosting. Cub Scout Xander and Eagle Scout Xander are made of modeling chocolate and Saracino Modeling Paste.
"the Magic Horse"
This Arabia horse was created for The Arabian Nights Collaboration and illustrates the tale, The Magic Horse. He is made from modeling chocolate, supported by a wire armature with harness made of gum paste. The sand on the ground is rye flour.
Created for the Love Is Collaboration, I wanted to represent passion through flowers. I chose the exotic, tropical blooms of the Bird of Paradise, Bougainvillea and Hibiscus with filler greenery because, for me, they evoke warm summer nights and the sound of ocean waves upon the shore and long evenings with the one you love. Everything is made from gum paste.

The Statue of Liberty was created for the Wonders of the World Challenge. She is made of modeling chocolate with robes of fondant and a crown of gum paste. She is painted with petal dusts mixed with vodka. Lady Liberty was presented as a gift to a friend who just earned her U. S. citizenship. She was thrilled and proud to display our symbol of freedom.
Made for the Sweet Easy Collaboration, which introduced the Drageekiss, my Gatsby Bride is made of rice cereal treats and modeling chocolate with accessories of fondant, gum paste, cake lace, wafer paper and tons of sugar pearls. She is painted with petal dusts mixed with vodka. The flowers are gum paste and the shoe is gum paste, lace and pearls.
"trigger The Cat"
Trigger is a life sized cat made of rice cereal treats and modeling chocolate, his accessories are fondant and gum paste. Made for the Steam Cakes 2018 Steampunk Collaboration, the inspiration for Trigger came from a painting by the same name, painted by the incredible Russian artist, Ruslan Svobodin, who graciously gave his permission to use his image.
Scarlett is my half of the contribution to the "Let's Dream Together - A Collab in Pairs", wonderfully hosted by Rosa Guerra. My amazingly talented partner, Mania Mistiloglou from Greece, contributed the other half of the couple, Rhett Butler. Scarlett is 16" tall, made of modeling chocolate on an armature of wire. Her dress is fondant with wafer paper feathers and her wrap is cake lace.

This Dr. Seuss cake was created for Icing Smiles. The Cat in the Hat is rice cereal treats and fondant, painted with petal dusts mixed with vodka, the whiskers are angel hair pasta painted with petal dusts. The other Dr. Seuss characters around the cake are painted with petal dusts mixed with vodka.

My contribution to the World Lupus Day Sugar Art Collaboration. Red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, gum paste lilacs and leaves, the wolf is painted on fondant with petal dusts and coco butter, the grass is coconut.

Vanilla-almond cake frosted in vanilla-almond buttercream, decorated with 2D drawings of Tom and Jerry with a fondant topper of the two. The smash cake had another Jerry model.
