No, I don't do cakes except for fun. I would be happy to make you a fruit cake, but I mailed this one to a friend, in Pennsylvania, a few years ago and it cost $46.00 to ship. I about died!
The recipe is super easy and I would be happy to share. I got it from mother-in-law, who was born in 1901, and she got it from her mother-in-law.
Oh Wow! I was just about to say that it would probably be less expensive to have you make it for me, but then I saw the cost of the Shipping! lol
Guess I'll wait and maybe try my own...some time. Heck, I'm still searching for Yeast!!! lolololol

The weather is getting a bit too warm for baking now anyway. We had mid 90's last week. And more is coming. Blechhhh!
