Love In The Woods
This is a cake that I used to demo these techniques at our Powdered Sugar Party (all night of demo's) this weekend. I brought it home and added the mushrooms, butterflies, dragonfly and flowers, I sent it to work with my hubby. I have made this cake several times for groom's cakes. It is made with a 9, 10, and 11 German Chocolate rounds.

Black And White Elegance
Five tiered square cakes with roller impressions and painted with pearl luster. Wide black (chocolate) fondant bands with red ribbon and tiny bows completed the look. Huge crystal M on the top for an elegant simple look. Cakes were butterpecan except the 10" which was chocolate. TFL

Fuchsia Roses
6, 9, and 12" round cakes stacked on a 14" square. The 6 and 12" cakes and the board had an impression from a rolling pin I purchased at ICES. The 9" and 14" had double diamond impressions and pearls. Cakes all had a green band. Fuchsia gum paste roses topped the cake. The cakes were French Vanilla and Butterpecan. TFL

Diamond Anniversary With Pearlized Roses
I got a call to do this cake at the last possible minute - at 11:30 PM on a Thursday for a Saturday night celebration of 60 years. Turns out Hurricane Gustav changed the plans for the party and this cake evac'ed with the honoree's. Gum paste roses and calla lilies, diamonds and an impression roller I purchased at ICES. TFL

Ices Demo Display Chocolate Seashells
I did a demo on chocolate dusted seashells for the ICES convention 2008 in Orlando. This is a pic of part of the demo board that I made with the shells to show prior to the demo and Jennifer Dontz used the shells to decorate a wedding cake during our joint demo. Shells dusted with ECG color dusts.

Where Is My Teddy Bear?
Baby shower cake for a mom to be that didn't want to know the sex of her baby and did the baby room in polka dots, chocolate and green. I made the little top cake into a basket with an impression mat and piled it with tiny clothes that I cut out by hand and some with JEM Dress a Teddy cutters. I lustered the clothes and made a push mold Teddy Bear to go on top of the clothes. Large, fat bow in the front of the 6" cake. TFL
