6, 8, 10, 12 Vanilla cake on a 18" square butterpecan cake. I didn't start this cake baking until 12:30 PM Friday for a 3:30 PM Saturday delivery. Had to change original design due to late payment so she got all of the cake she ordered but the design had to change to allow time to complete!!! I was pleased with it - not exactly what I had planned but her mom called today and said they loved it.

I made this 8" chocolate cake for my cousin Kellie's birthday. The inspiration was a hat! I bought a black and raspberry colored hat & sent her a picture & she had a fit over it and said it would look better on her than me! LOL so it became her present & I bought myself a pink and brown hat. I was making her cake and used that as a design. It was a big hit at the restaurant last night.
