6" hex, 8" square and 14" round cakes covered in buttercream and trimmed with fondant/gumpaste lace and one big gum paste rose on top.
5 tiers of French Vanilla Cake with antique colored cymbidium orchids cascading down the side of the cake. There are 15 orchids. I took an orchid class with Jennifer Dontz last year and I used her cutters. They were amazingly easy to do - thanks Jennifer!!!
This groom's cake was made for a bride and groom both of whom are chefs on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. She wanted the living quarters with the heliport, (I added the helicopter as an after thought and it was so cute!) the escape submarine, mess hall, medic building, boom life, and crane. The living quarters was a 10" chocolate cake cut in half and stacked. The other elements were rice krispies. All was on top of a 14" square red fondant covered chocolate cake. The cake was on top of fat dowel rods over an ocean of chocolate that was colored with purple and blue dusts. The bride and groom were thrilled. TFL

Wedding had a Tuscany theme. 6" Hex, 8" square, 14" round and 16" square cakes in butterpecan and chocolate. LED candles flickered between the sugar callas, roses, grapes, 5 blossom flowers and fall leaves. Grape impressed border dusted with ECG's Frosted Lemon circled the cakes. Cake was set on a 22" board and placed on frosted glass blocks. TFL

9 tiers of cake. The single layers are chocolate and the regular tiers are French Vanilla with creamcheese and strawberry fillings and a bavarian cream filling. The large tiers are 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14" cakes and the single layers ar 4, 5, 7, and 9". Gold highlighter on the bows and a pearl edged bow on top. Thanks for looking.
These are my 30 minute calla lilies. I had the centers made in advance but they were different colors. I started rolling out and completed the 11 calla lilies in 30 minutes. They were purple. The next day I painted them with a wash of aubergine petal dust and everclear to make the veining more visable. I also painted the pistils egg yellow at that time to all match! TFL

6, 8, 10, 12 rounds on a 14" square. All butter pecan cakes and stenciled names on the square. SIlver Dragee borders have a ton of bling. Diamonds are quilted and accented with dragees. Buttercream scrolls. TFL
Airbrushed and handpainted cake for my daugter's 18th birthday. White chocolate Sun, moon and stars. The cake glittered like the night with all the ECG rainbow dust I had on it. Silver dragees in a couple of different sizes were scattered around. Thanks for looking!!!!
