All buttercream with fondant accents. 1/2 of the 6" ball pan for the cap, also buttercream with fondant accents. Keepsake diploma laminated with clear contact paper and laid on cake.
Very simple design....bride was supposed to have topper lying on table when I got there....and after many phone calls looking for it, FOB called me back and said she couldn't find one and there wouldn't be one!!!! Geesh...thanks for the heads up!

I made this for my sister's baby shower. Sheet cake iced in buttercream with belly on top, iced in buttercream and covered with fondant. I used the egg pan and mini ball pan for the boobies! he he!
Simple square cake iced in buttercream with gumpaste bow and keepsake foam placque gift tag.
These sheet cakes are stacked and iced entirely of buttercream and airbrushed! The spines have different sayings for a tax partner's retirement party! He loved them!
12" square with carved/angled edges (like the game board). The entire cake is iced in buttercream, then chocolate woodgrain sides are added with royal icing placques of the word "Scrabble" painted with gold luster dust. The game board is a large edible image pieced together and I piped over the lines with white royal to give it a dimensional look, then made the game pieces out of chocolate fondant and applied edible image letters to them! The cake board even spins with the help of lazy susan hardware!

All of the 80s memorabilia were keepsake foam placques attached to wires and stuck on the cake via silver fondant balls! The customer LOVED it! It was for an 80's party for her hubby's birthday!

My most recent designer handbag cake. All buttercream with tiny fondant squares....and each of them had edible image DB's on them! Talk about time-consuming! The handle is cakebox board covered with fondant for stability.
