Carved a 7"x11" cake. Wheels are fondant with sliver dust.
8" Buttercream iced cake with fondant decorations.
12"x9" oval buttercream cake with decorations. If I'm being honest I don't really love it.....lol!

I used the wilton soccer ball cake pan. It took me a couple of tries to get the Indian skin tone correct the final result was ivory, brown and chocolate fondant.

This cake was 2x 7"x11" covered in chocolate ganache. A big thank-you to msulli10 for the inspiration.
I was commissioned to make this faux cake for the Jan issue of weddingstars.
840 (400g) mini marshmallows made 24 cupcakes. Each marshmallow is cut 1/2 way in a X, then dusted with daffodil yellow and I used ivory food colour for the center of the popcorn.
Edible wiggle images on gumpaste disks and fondant characters.
Tea pot is RCT all other details are fondant/gumpaste blend. Cake sizes are; Hat 6" tapered to a 5" and bottom tier is a 8".
This cake matched the party invitations.
This cake was inspired by words decals " love, dream, hope, friendship, understanding, i do, years ect.
8" dutch apple cake and 6" strawberry cake- igloo made with the wilton sports ball cake pan. Figures are made of 50/50 fondant and gumpaste.
6" with silver rhinestones and gumpaste roses that were lightly airbrushed silver
12"+10"+8"+6"+4"= VERY STRESSFUL DELIVERY......LOL
8"+6" round cakes with gumpaste flowers, bamboo and bongo's. Air brushed in electric pink and electric yellow. I am still considering adding some sort of boarder around the first tier but not sure what.....any suggestions?
