Doberman Wedding Cake

Meet Khan the Doberman! This cake was hand carved from 3 rectangular chocolate cakes and stacked with chocolate buttercream and crumb coated in a belgian chocolate ganache before being covered with fondant and airbrushed to resemble a Doberman's markings. The head is sculpted from RKT. The couple also had some daffodil topped wedding cupcakes so I added the 'chewed' Daffodils to help tie the 2 designs together.

Princess Castle Cake

This was made for my daughter's 5th birthday which was great as it meant I could do what I liked and didn't have to worry about a budget! It's an 8 inch vanilla with strawberries and cream buttercream and a vanilla sponge with blueberries baked in and a blueberry buttercream. The blueberries in the cake turned out really yummy. The turrets are all cake and topped with pink lustred waffle ice cream cones.

Ipad Cake!

iPad cake made for a lady who loves her iPad. I got the customer to email me a picture of the iPad screen and the wallpaper image. I rinted off the wallpaper image on an icing sheet and made every app icon, (all 26 of them!) by hand, all are cut and painted by hand. Really pleased how this cake turned out!
