My biggest ever wedding cake! 7 tiers plus divider and a castle topper. The customer had a big princessy wedding and the theme was pink and love heart sweets. The cake is decorated with white fondant and lustred with a pearl finish and handmade pink flowerpaste lovehearts and a pink lustred, non-edible castle topper. Sorry for poor quality pictures!

Black & White 3 Tier Wedding Cake

My 4th wedding cake and my 2nd ever attempt at piping. 10, 8 and 6 inch tiers, Carrot, Chocolate and Vanilla. The bride provided a picture of a cake she liked and asked me to recreate it. I used a similar design but changed the piped pattern and the tier heights. Bride provided the rose for the topper. Quite pleased with the result.

2 Tier Square Cake - 70Th Birthday

Really pleased with how this cake turned out, I hated it during the making, it just didn't look good but all but really came together. The bows were my very first gum paste bow attempt, still some improvement needed but I'm pleased with them.
