Harry Potter
Harry Potter cake I made for my Grandsons birthday. Chocolate cake, peanut butter buttercream with chopped up peanut butter cups in it. Covered in chocolate ganache and marshmallow fondant. Everything was edible, Sorting Hat, wand, owl, glasses, and Golden Snitch. The top pages of the book were wafer paper that I ‘aged’ with cocoa. I completely spaced out and didn’t order the footprint stamp in time, so I ended up making my own stamp out of an eraser!
