Moist Chocolate Cake

I had a receipe for chocolate, but I found that it was a little dry. Well atleast that’s what my boyfriend tol me (LOL).

Moist Chocolate Cake


  • 2 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 3.125 box of chocolate pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of Lorann Oil marshmallow flavor
  • 1 1/2 milk


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 ( of course). Prepare the pans. Sift flour, baking soda, pudding mix, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl or in your stand mixer, cream the butter and suger. While the butter is creaming, in a microwaveable bowl melt chocolate. Add the chocolate to the butter and sugar mixture. Add one egg at a time. Scrape bowl. Add flour misture alternately with milk and flavoring mixture until will mixed. Batter will be thick.
  2. Pour batter into greased pan about 1/2 full. Bake for 35-40 mins or until toothpick come out clean.
  3. Enjoy.
