Maybe others:) Lemon Marble Cake Ingredients 1 package white cake mix1 cup water1/3 cup oil3 eggs, seperated1/2 cup coconutOne fresh lemon to yield:2 Tablespoons lemon peel2 Tablespoons lemon juice Instructions Prepare pan w/grease & flour. Turn oven on to 325 degrees. Blend together egg whites, cake mix, oil and water. Beat 2 minutes. Fold in coconut, juice and peel. Remove 2 cups of batter and set aside. In a medium bowl, beat yolks 2 minutes. Add the set aside batter. Layer batters into prepared pan. Swirl with a knife to marble. Bake approx. 20-30 minutes until it tests done.
