Psychology Graduate Cake
This is a scratch chocolate fudge cake, with vanilla buttercream and vanilla fondant. The flowers and diploma are 50/50 gumpaste/fondant, and the graduation cap (top) and tassels are gumpaste. (The graduation cap - round piece - is cake).
