This was for my 12 year old cousin's birthday. He is a serious dirtbike racer. The cake is iced with a snow white buttercream frosting. The obstacles were made by using cupcakes and a loafpan. The obstavles are frosted with chocolate buttercream. The burns (curves) have cookie crumbs and mini chocolate chips to add the dirt effect. He really liked the personalized banner.
