Birthday Cake With Diabetic Icing
I have never worked with anything but buttercream, and I have to say I did not enjoy working with this icing! I did the lace thing to kind of give it some layers because I could not smooth it to save my life. The lady told me her grandmothers fav color was salmon ??!!! The flowers look really orange in the pic, but they really arn't. Honest opinion please, should I leave the little drop flower thingys on or take them off??
