Jakes Cake
My 1st Topsy Turvy!! Supposed to be all MMF but had to abandon that idea & go w/BC. Couldn't get the MMF to cooperate (user error for sure!). Found out carving cake was way more difficult than anticipated. All in all, I was really happy w/how it turned out. Bottom layer is WASC w/ strawberry filling. Middle layer is Super Yummy Chocolate Chip Cake w/choc-cream cheese filling. Top is Butter Pecan w/vanilla cream cheese. This is, by far, my favorite cake to date that I've done! Thanks for browsing.
