White Chocolate Raspberry cake with raspberry buttercream filling, vanilla frosting and MMFcovering. The kids and I made this for the 3M company picnic. They were so disappointed when they didn't win best cake, but were so thrilled when they won best in show. One thing I discovered... It's *blankety blank* hard to cover an inside curve with fondant.
