Scooby Cake
This was my first attempt at making a simple cake. I used the Wilton scooby cake, and iced with butter cream stars all over apart from the tongue and nose which I ran out with royal icing. The candle was a scooby candle I picked up from a store.... Please feel free to comment, I am very critical and think it looks quite amateurish but my son who had just met the 'real' scooby in Orlando was thrilled!
forgot to add - though it's probably obvious that this is the new scooby doo pan, I didn't know there was an old one till someone mailed me to ask if it were a wilton pan...
