Silly Fountain....
Thanks to all those on the message boards that got me through this one. The bride wanted "simple and elegant" and oh ya, can you put a fountain under it? LOL. The cake is all white with rasberry (a guest actually yelled at me for making all one flavor - he said it didn't matter if that is what the bride wanted, it isn't like SHE is going to eat the whole cake herself!) Anyway, rolled chocolate covered with buttercream accents and fresh roses.

Great cake. You should have told the heckler that she may not be eating the whole thing but she is paying for the whole thing!
The funny thing is the bride and her family will end up eating most of it, the only layer that even got cut into was the bottom 14" layer, and they only ate half of it. (there were sheetcakes which were served first...I tried to talk them out of it, but oh well!)
