Chocolate fudge cake with creamy chocolate buttercream icing. Got the icing recipe on CC. All butter buttercream doesnt work well in the tropics. Some of my shells fell over when I was piping them. SIGH. Think I'll be doing half Cricso, half butter next time. Everyone in the office gobbled it up though. Ran out of ideas and time for the middle so I just plopped some rosettes on there.
