Course 1 Cake
This is the first cake I did for my Wilton Class. I just can't get the frosting smooth no matter how much I practice.

I just signed up for the class hoping I could eventually get smooth icing. It's the bane of my existence!! LOL!
The cake is very pretty, you did a great job....all I can say is gotta LOVE viva
Good job! I'm hung up on the "smooth icing" thing too. It frustrates me so. I almost think bc roses are easier to do than getting smooth icing.
