Geogia Tech Birthday Cake
I made this cake for my brother's 18th birthday, the GT stands for Geogia Tech which is one of his favorite college teams. I wrote "Touchdown" on the long sides and his name on the short sides.

Critique group submember: Great football field. Your design is well done. The icing is very smooth and your lines are perfectly straight and your grass is just the right amount. Looks like tinfoil for your board. Nope not good. Think of the whole thing as your work of art. While your writing is very neat I have issues with us American's writing on cakes. Prefer UK style of plaque, banner or board writing. Also making the lettering a work of art itself.
