I did it! My first wedding cake. My niece picked this out of the Wilton book. I was pretty pleased with my first attempt. Just out of curiousity, what would something like this cost to have made?

I have no idea about pricing a wedding cake either, but l would hazard a guess to say I couldn't afford it! Fabulous work and so professional looking!

It was really my first time working with fondant other than cutting out little flowers and such. The sizes are 14, 10 & 6 inch. It was very HEAVY! Thanks so much for all your comments! My niece was thrilled also.
Oh... Harmonhouse - her bridesmaids dresses were "bright" light blue (not too pastel) and all the flowers were pastels that matched the cake. It was all very colorful and very pretty. My niece is very laid back and not picky at all. She was such an easy bride! She and her husband drove off on his 4wheeler too! So cute, her veil was just flyin' in the wind!
