Flower Cake
This was done for my friend's 35th birthday. It is 22 inches long and 7 cakes. The middle is a chocolate ganache and the yellow petals are done in tip 16. I melted chocolate for the letters and let it sit overnight to set. Piping on text would have been bumpy. She was so amazed at how it looked....she was speechless.
I used the oval pan that came in the Wilton level 2 course. Thanks for the comment :party:
