I did this cake for my husband's co-worker's son. I had to do a cake safe for a child that cannot eat wheat or white flour. The boy's sister is allergic to wheat. So her mom bought me this special flour and I used that for the cake. it was fun to do. Thanks to sarzoemom for cake posted here at CC. I based my cake on her creation.
