This is a French Vanilla tiered cake, 10inch and 6 inch round. It was for a Little Girls First Birthday party. I freehanded the snowflakes out of white chocolate and after hardening, transferred them to the cake, making sure to position them to add dimension. The mother was thrilled with it. Onsite I added a small border to the top layer and the topper she had bought (a pretty winter fairy)....neither of which I got a picture of.
