I made this cake for my daughter's birthday which was a Hawaiian Luau theme. The bowl I used to bake the cake is the Pampered Chef batter bowl. The topper is from a real pineapple.

I'm glad you like it! Thanks so much for your comments. I actually wasn't that happy with the way the color turned out. I'm a novice, can't you tell? I tinted the icing a peachy orange color and used that spray-on food color in yellow and green. That stuff is really hard to use. I won't try it again. I used a tooth pick and my spatula to make the texture. Also, I used a dowel to support the weight of the pineapple top.
Nope, I couldn't tell you were a novice. Your cake is awesome and so original! Love it. Looks terrific!
