This is my "Ricky Rocket" cake that I made for my cousin's little boy for his 2nd birthday. His name is Ricky and somehow he got called Ricky Rocket and so she wanted to work that it. Now that's what my kids call it! It's chocolate buttercream with FBCT--thanks to CC!! I'm very proud of this cake!
