An early attempt at making cakes pretty. Up until 3 months ago I used to just slap frosting on and get right down to my fave part - eating the cake! This cake is white chocolate filled with lemon buttercream and raspberry preserves. I covered it with shaved white chocolate. Was aiming for curls but the flakes that emerged still looked pretty good and yummy.
