Memorial Cake
This 2 tier cake was made in memory of my Aunt. I decided to make a cake she would have loved for guests at her funeral. It sounds strange to have a cake for a funeral but we really wanted to celebrate her life. Whilst thinking of ideas, 2 family members had found white feathers and this gave me the idea for her cake. Purple was her favourite colour.

Amazingly beautiful. I have made a couple of cakes for funerals. I always tried to make them bright, nice, fun to help lift the spirts of those attending such a 'glum' event.
