This looks divine, Betty!  Banana bread is one of my favorite foods and I have probably made a million loaves.  Actually, mine looks just like yours, moist and full of bananas.

Thanks to you both. I've been saving/freezing my over ripe bananas to make my bread so I had quite a few.  I wanted to use them up so I kept cooking till they were all gone. :))

I like to keep at least one loaf tucked away in the freezer for a last minute gift or dessert.

I love the smell of sweet breads  baking.  That looks good.   I never thought to snap pix of all my sweet bread making :(   Have plans to make a butternut squash pie soon.  I'll snap that IF it turns out.  I've never made one before.  

Sandra, I now have 2 loaves in freezer, if I can just resist eating them myself. :))) I have plans to bake some apple bread too. And I need to be thinking about cookies to give at Christmas. I give baked goods Instead of "bought gifts", that way they eat'em up and don't have to worry about ...What do I do with this.
