Fault Line Cake
It's a dark chocolate cake filled with caramel cream, pecans, salted caramel sauce, and chocolate ganache. It's frosted with dulce de leche ermine frosting, and an upside down double drip. The fault is filled with pecans. It's topped with more pecans, chocolate ganache, and salted caramel sauce.
You got me drooling with all those nuts, caramel and chocolate, oh my.....and chocolate cake too.
Ah those drippings... and the nuts... they drove me NUTS!!!

This was a gift for my aunt's birthday. She loves Nestle Turtles, so that was the flavor inspiration for this cake. She also loves cakes with a lot of nuts, and was very proud of the fact that I had used over 1lb of pecans in it.
