Castle Cake
My daughter spotted this cake in the Wilton Yearbook as soon as I got it and had it picked as "her" birthday cake. The castle is chocolate with royal icing accents on an oval cake. This was my first attempt at drop flowers. Hopefully I'll get to take a class or two over the summer.

I think your drop flowers look really good. I was thinking of doing this cake for one of my girls birthday this year as well. Very cute. Did you use candy melts or white chocolate chips?

Thanks! The cake is made using the Wilton castle pan. I used about a bag and a half of the candy melts.
