Canadian Thanksgiving was this past weekend. ! We had a great family celebration and what better a time to give gratitude and thanks to our ever supportive family, friends and clients. We are very thankful for our many blessings & to all of you for sticking by us on this journey. THANK YOU! I decided the night before Thanksgiving to make a cake “on the fly”...these creative moments happen when I’m usually pressed for time and overtired, but they tend to produce great results. I’m happy to share with you my version of the vintage/modern pumpkin cake! I personally LOVE it and I hope you do too. ( Officially the fastest cake I’ve ever produced and all thanks to having some gumpaste flowers already in the studio).
