Springtime Flower Cake

THis cake is adorable. I love the little flowers on the stems on it and the blue too. I love this cake.

Thanks for all the nice comments!! It was fun to make and my mom loved it too. The flowers are put on green lollipop sticks with more fondant on the back. I saw it in the wilton book too and I just had to make it!!

you did a great job on smoothing the buttercream. I think thats one of the most difficult things to accomplish with cake decorating. Kudos!

Thanks!! I used the paper towel (viva) to smooth it! I like how that works. Much quicker than using all fondant.
