Cake for a young lady whose graduation ceremony is this evening.... cake ordered by her mum! 10" x 7" vanilla sponge cake with jam and buttercream, covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. Mortar board and scroll made from modelling paste (although there is a thin card supporting the square of the mortar board).
