this was a cake a did for my cousins husbands birthday. he is a cop and his car number is 68 and i had it on the back of the car. needless to say it gave me alot of practice using the star tip....lol. after having one class with a wilton instructor my icing went on alot more smoother this time. so i learned something in one class.
