Birthday cakes for father and son, both who are fans of the Football Club of Barcelona. Used Wilton classic shirt pan but added extra cake in the middle to make the jersey longer. I used the half soccer ball pan and mounted it over a 2 in round cake and sculpted the bottom to make is round so it appears as full size ball and it is easier to decorate. Cakes are Puerto Rican style poundcake with glaze. Decorated with almond buttercream and fondant.
