21St - Australian Theme Cake

Cake Order (Apr 2012). This cake was made for a Niece of a Client who comes from Australia. I was asked to design a cake around the Australian Flag. This is what I came up with. Made the Koala Bear, Bow and number 21 from fondant/gumpaste. Everything is edible except for the wires and the gemstones on the 21. Used silver lustre dust mixed with rejuvenated spirit to paint all the silver decorations. I enjoyed making this cake and love the outcome. Hope you enjoy it too!!! xLx
